General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") apply without restriction or reservation to all sales concluded by the Seller with non-professional buyers ("the Customers" or "the Customer") wishing to acquire the products offered for sale by the Seller ("the Products") on the website www.petpiivot.store.

The main characteristics of the Products, including specifications, illustrations, and indications of dimensions or capacity, are presented on the website www.petpiivot.store. The Customer is required to read them before placing an order. The choice and purchase of a Product are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

2 - Price & International Orders
The Products are supplied at the prices in effect on the website at the time the order is placed. Prices are stated in USD (or local currency).
Import Duties: For orders shipped outside the United States, the Customer is considered the importer of record. Customs duties, local taxes, or import duties may apply and are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

3 - Payment Terms
Payment is due in full on the day the order is placed. All transactions are processed via secure, encrypted payment gateways (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.). The sale is only considered final after full payment of the price.

4 - Delivery
Delivery times are indicative and vary by region:

  • USA: 3 to 7 business days.
  • International: 7 to 15 business days.
PetPivot is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or carrier issues.

5 - Liability & Warranty
As specified in our Refund Policy, the PetPivot automatic litter box comes with a 2-year functional warranty. The Seller's liability is limited to the value of the Product at the time of purchase.

6 - Intellectual Property
All content on www.petpiivot.store (text, images, branding) remains the exclusive property of PetPivot LLC. Any unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7 - Governing Law
These GTC are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. In the event of a dispute, the English version of these terms shall prevail.
