  <h4 data-path-to-node="3">General Conditions</h4>

    <strong data-index-in-node="0">1 - 2-Year Limited Warranty</strong><br>
    Your PetPivot automatic litter box is covered by a <strong>2-year functional warranty</strong> from the date of delivery.
    <ul>
      <li><strong>Coverage:</strong> This warranty covers manufacturing defects, motor failures, and electronic sensor malfunctions.</li>
      <li><strong>Exclusions:</strong> Damage caused by misuse, pet damage (chewing, scratching), liquid damage to the circuit board, or normal wear of plastic and silicone parts.</li>
      <li><strong>Process:</strong> To claim your warranty, please contact <strong>support@petpiivot.store</strong> with your order number and a video demonstrating the technical issue.</li>
    </ul>

    <strong data-index-in-node="0">2 - Return &amp; Exchange Period</strong><br>
    For non-defective items, you have <strong>14 days</strong> from the receipt of your order to request a return or exchange. 
    <br><em>Please Note:</em> Due to hygiene standards, <strong>used litter boxes</strong> cannot be returned for a refund unless a non-repairable technical defect is covered under warranty.

    <strong data-index-in-node="0">3 - Non-Returnable Items</strong><br>
    The following items are excluded from returns or refunds:

      <li>Used litter boxes (for sanitary reasons).</li>
      <li>Opened bags of cat litter or liners.</li>
      <li>Personalized pet accessories.</li>
      <li>Sale items or gift cards.</li>
    </ul>

    <strong data-index-in-node="0">4 - Conditions for Exchange (New Items Only)</strong><br>
    Returns for exchange are only accepted if the items are in their <strong>original, brand-new condition</strong> (unused, no litter or pet hair) with all original packaging and protective films intact. Units that do not meet these criteria will be rejected for sanitary reasons. The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for "change of mind" returns.

    <strong data-index-in-node="0">5 - Refund Process</strong><br>
    Refund requests must be submitted through our support portal: <b data-index-in-node="470">www.support.petpiivot.store</b>.<br>
    Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are <strong>non-refundable</strong>. Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within <strong>7 to 10 business days</strong>.

    <strong data-index-in-node="0">6 - Order Cancellation</strong><br>
    Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled once it has entered the fulfillment process. You may request a modification within <strong>24 hours</strong> of purchase by contacting us at <strong>support@petpiivot.store</strong>.
